- Students must join their online classes at the scheduled time. They are advised to join the learning platform a few minutes before the class begins to resolve any potential technical issues.
- Repeated or unjustified lateness may be recorded as an absence or ineffective attendance in accordance with the institute's academic regulations. A student's late arrival will not normally extend the scheduled end time of the class.
- Absence beyond the permitted limit for a course may affect the student's academic status, assessment, and continued participation in the course.
- Students must attend classes from a quiet, appropriate, and distraction-free environment and must avoid any activity that may interfere with the learning process.
- Students must treat instructors, institute staff, and other students with respect. Insulting, inappropriate, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or intentionally disruptive behavior is prohibited.
